If you’re interested in enrolling your child, please complete the steps below.
Step 1
Call or Email to schedule an interview with the Director of the program and a tour of the center. Like what you see and hear? Move on to Step 2!
Step 2
Sign-up today by printing and filling out the enrollment form below and attaching the
Non-Refundable Registration Fee in order to reserve your child’s spot at Little Village ELC. If you do not have access to a printer please ask for copies from the Director.
Step 3
Please read the attachments below so you and your child will be prepared for any scenario.
Step 4
Please fill out all the forms below and turn in to the Director when complete. All forms must be fully completed and turned into the Director before any child can start care at Little Village ELC.
